Northwestern Ambassador in Residence Ian Kelly joins The Global Lunchbox Podcast to discuss the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. In this episode, titled “Making Sense of the Ukraine/Russia Crisis,” Kelly provides insight on the intensifying situation based on his 33 year career in the US Foreign Service, along with ambassadorships in Europe and Georgia. He has also held other positions in Rome, Ankara, Vienna, Belgrade, and Moscow.
As Ambassador in Residence, Kelly serves on the Steering Committee of the Russian, Eurasian, and East European Studies (REEES) Research Program.
